Prospective students and their families:
We know that you can see whether your child has been deemed eligible or ineligible for CAPA, based on the evaluation of academic records done by SDP Central Offices. We have no control over that decision-making and advise you email appealsoffice@philasd.org if you feel that there is an error, after reviewing our Admissions Criteria.
We are just receiving the lists of students we are permitted to invite in to audition now and anticipate sending out audition invitation letter via email. Please check all folders including Spam/Junk associated with the primary email address used when you applied through the SDP portal.
Audition Dates Available: December 15–19 2025
Times: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (specific time varies by major)
Location: Phila CAPA High School 901 S. Broad Street, Phila, PA 19147
