School Advisory Council

Welcome to CAPA’s School Advisory Council (SAC)

The SAC is a collaborative team of family, school staff, student, and community members who partner with the principal to:

  • Support student achievement
  • Improve school climate and culture
  • Strengthen family engagement

What members do:

  • Meet monthly or every other month
  • Review the school budget and policies
  • Strengthen school–community relationships and communication
  • Provide recommendations on programs and initiatives
  • Assess program effectiveness and support action planning

All are welcome and encouraged to attend CAPA SAC meetings. Families interested in a member seat on the leadership team should COMPLETE THIS FORM.
