The CAPA Home & School Association (“CAPA Phans”) is a volunteer organization of parents and families dedicated to supporting the students, teachers, and staff of the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts and to building the CAPA community.
The Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts prepares students to be college and career ready by providing a rigorous academic and creative experience that allow talented students to deeply explore artistic skill sets and scholarly disciplines in a diverse, inclusive, and safe environment. CAPA offers students seven majors: creative writing, dance, instrumental music, MDTV (media design television & video), theater, visual arts, and vocal music.
