WELCOME TO THE CAPA DANCE DEPARTMENT

The Dance Major at CAPA is a place for passionate movers, storytellers, and artists who want to bring their creativity to life through dance. Students are challenged to grow not only in technique through ballet, modern, jazz and more but also as performers and choreographers who use movement as a voice. The program nurtures discipline, artistry, and collaboration, giving dancers the tools to shine on stage and beyond.

The kind of student who thrives here is driven, open-minded, and ready to work hard while embracing their individuality. They are resilient, curious and unafraid to take risks in pursuit of growth. A good fit is someone who loves to move, values teamwork and finds joy in expressing themselves through dance.
